The Privacy-First Mobile Carrier
GrandArmy partnered with Cape to create the brand's name, strategic positioning, comprehensive visual identity system, and user interface design. In collaboration with the team at Cape, we've guided the foundational creative of the brand from its earliest stages to raising $61M and beyond.
Founded by a mission-oriented team of security experts, Cape's proprietary technology changes your "mobile identity" every 15 minutes, gives you unprecedented control over your data, and keeps your customer information anonymous—even to Cape itself.
Cape puts your privacy back in your hands. We developed a mixed media treatment to represent privacy in our key brand expressions. Carefully placed gestural line work collaged with photography provides a tactile and grounded device to visualize the idea of security and being “caped.”
The name "Cape" contains two meanings: a form of personal concealment and a private place for conversation.

GrandArmy partnered with Cape on the brand's naming, verbal and brand identity, web design, and printed collateral. The name "Cape" contains two meanings: a form of personal concealment and a private place for conversation. The identity pulls inspiration from the aesthetic of early telecom providers, grounded by tactile, mixed media graphics that emphasize how Cape puts your security back in your hands.
