"Born in 1928" was Cole Haan's first brand campaign in over a decade. It featured several icons in culture, fahsion and art. Among them was Apollo 13 Astronaut Jim Lovell, and his life inspired a limited edition launch of the metallic "Silver Grand."
GrandArmy was asked to create an integrated launch campaign for the Silver Grand, with print, digital, and out of home extensions. We had our solution immediately: fake a lunar landing, and stage a fashion shoot on the moon. A few thousand pounds of concrete later, we're pleased to present the world with the Cole Haan Silver Grand.
